Community Hospital of Anaconda is seeking a full-time Social Worker, regularly scheduled Monday – Friday.

Successful candidates must have MSW from a college accredited by the Council of Social Work Educators. Previous experience in all aspect of Social Services and discharge planning in the hospital setting preferred.
Primary responsibilities include assisting director in providing consultation and direction of Social Services in the acute and swing bed facility. Must have ability to work with staff, physicians, and with patients and families, who can be emotionally upset or hostile. Must demonstrate proficiency and proper utilization of the electronic medical record, including proper documentation.
