CHA is seeking a full-time Montana licensed Physical Therapist. Challenging, yet rewarding position located in beautiful southwest Montana. Hours will be split between home health and outpatient setting. Varied caseload including outpatient, acute, peds, and home health. 40 hour work week. Previous home health experience preferred.
