We are seeking a full-time Clinic Coordinator to join our team at Southwest Montana Clinic – Granite located in Philipsburg, MT. Southwest Montana Clinic – Granite is committed to providing excellent health care to the community. The mission of our primary care/orthopedic clinic is to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families.

This role is primarily scheduled Monday – Friday. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming patients
• Rooming patients as directed, collecting patient information and history
• Completing room turnover and cleaning
• Stocking supplies and manage inventory
• Maintaining record logs for quality control
• Enhancing the patient experience by providing a welcoming environment and extraordinary care

Qualifications:

• Terminal degree or certification in healthcare is preferred.
• Previous medical clinic experience preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
