We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate part-time primary care Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Southwest Montana Clinic – Granite located in Philipsburg, MT. Southwest Montana Clinic – Granite is committed to providing excellent health care to the community. The mission of our primary care/orthopedic clinic is to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families.

Primarily scheduled Thursday – Friday, 10 hour days with potential for additional hours. Responsible for providing primary care for patients within standards of practice. Responsible for providing outstanding service while maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere. Responsible for providing primary care services to scheduled, same day and walk in patients. May be scheduled at other locations.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of Montana
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous primary care experience preferred
