Community Hospital and Nursing Home of Anaconda Foundation (CHNHAF) is pleased to host the 25th annual golf fundraiser.

CHNHAF aims to promote, facilitate and direct philanthropic and financial support for Community Hospital and Nursing Home of Anaconda, as it endeavors to meet the health care needs of the persons in this area.
